I love how the NCAA and other organizations get up in arms about teams with American Indian mascot names. It got to the point a few years ago where unless the school (like FSU) got permission from the local American Indian communities to retain their name they had to find new ones. Meanwhile, the NFL has a team called the REDSKINS. How is this ok? True story, my high school team name was the Warriors and our mascot was a direct lift of the Redskin’s Indian head. After a few minutes on google I found out that a few years ago they replaced the Indian head with just ‘warriors’ written in the Golden State Warriors font. Total bullshit.
Anyway there’s not much in the way of poonball chances tonight but let’s get to it:
TighterThanDickskin 77.60 v. NY Bailout 61.15: 12% - Some people say they enjoy fantasy football because it makes games more interesting when your favorite team isn’t involved. While this is true, the hidden drawback is that it can suck you into watching a shitty Monday night game when you should probably be sleeping. Down 16 pts with only Santana Moss left to go would be a tough comeback for the NY Bailout against my squad but not totally out of the picture. There’s enough of the chance that I’ll probably watch the whole damn thing instead of going to bed at a normal hour.
Gin and Juicers 92.20 v. Catalina Wine Mixer 55.75: 0.000000001%- Andrew has secured his first win of the season unless Rex Grossman throws 24 interceptions. I’m guessing that Mike Shannahan would probably yank the Rex Cannon on the 14th or 15th pick but you never know.
The Corporation 78.41 Match v. Power Bottoms 90.90: 0%- This one is over.
The Sprinting Bens 82.30 v. Woodhead B. Cheating 56.18: 3%- Jason Witten would need a monster game, with at least 3 or 4 TD’s to pull this off.
Bagel w/ Butter 122.93 Match v. Cooter's Grundel 101.62: 0%- This one is also over.
